If a patient has 2 failed appointments within 1 year, we will only be able to see you on a same day appointment basis.

We require 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment , if we do not have 24 hours notice this will count towards your missed appointments for the year.

If you are 10 minutes late for your scheduled arrival time, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

We will confirm your appointment 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment. You will need to verbally confirm this appointment by 12:00 pm the day prior to your appointment or it will be given to another patient.

True North Community Dental Clinic has a zero tolerance policy for any disrespect, foul language, or threatening behavior toward any employee or patient. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate dismissal of care from the clinic indefinitely.
